How to earn tokens:
- Refer a friend who starts orthodontic treatment: 50 tokens
- First day of braces: 5 tokens
- Check-in on Facebook: 1 token
- Post a photo to our Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page: 1 token
- No loose brackets or bands, excellent rubber band wear, and on time for your appointment: 1 token
You can start redeeming your tokens for prizes with as little as 10 tokens! Bring your tokens to the front desk and let one of the staff members know what prize you would like.
The Rules:
- Tokens are given for regularly scheduled appointments only (not emergency appointments).
- Gift cards or tokens are not redeemable for cash.
- Your account must be current in order to redeem your prize.
- Prizes/tokens are subject to change at any time.
